Yannis Pechtelidis currently serves as an Associate Professor in Sociology of Education at the Department of Early Childhood Education, at the University of Thessaly in Greece. His research engages with the educational commonschildhood and youth from sociological and philosophical perspectives. He is a member of the: European Sociological Association (ESA), European Research Network for Sociology of Education, and European Research Network for Sociology of Childhood, International Discourse Analysis Network, International Association of Political Science. Also, he has participated in several Research Project, such as:
